Our platform offers a comprehensive ecosystem centered around MangaChain NFTs. To fully engage with these services, users must connect a compatible digital wallet. The security and management of your wallet remain your responsibility. MangaChain cannot assist in recovering lost wallet access or NFTs.

3.2 Digital Wallets

To interact with our services, you must use a blockchain wallet compatible with Ethereum-based NFTs. Please note:

• MangaChain is not responsible for any wallet-related issues
• Always practice safe wallet management (e.g., secure storage of private keys)
• We cannot recover NFTs sent to incorrect addresses or lost due to wallet compromises

3.3 Primary Sales

We may offer primary sales of MangaChain NFTs through various methods, including free mints, allowlists, and public sales. Prices and conditions will be clearly stated at the time of sale.

3.4 Secondary Market

MangaChain NFTs can be traded on approved third-party marketplaces. When engaging in secondary sales:

• Verify the legitimacy of the marketplace
• Understand the platform's fees and policies
• Be aware that MangaChain may receive a royalty from secondary sales

3.5 Future Service Expansions

As the MangaChain universe grows, we may introduce new services such as:

• NFT staking with rewards
• Cross-platform integrations
• Physical merchandise tied to NFT ownership

Any new services will be announced through our official channels and may require updates to these terms.

4.1 User Obligations

When using MangaChain services, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the intellectual property rights of MangaChain and its partners
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account and digital wallet
• Pay any required fees, including blockchain transaction costs
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when interacting with our platform

4.2 Taxes and Financial Obligations

Users of MangaChain are responsible for any taxes or financial obligations resulting from their use of our platform, including the purchase, sale, and transfer of NFTs. MangaChain does not provide tax advice, and users are encouraged to consult a tax professional to understand their responsibilities under local, state, and federal tax laws. This includes, but is not limited to, potential capital gains taxes on the sale of NFTs, reporting income derived from NFTs, and other tax implications based on the jurisdiction in which the user resides.

4.3 Prohibited Activities

Users must refrain from:

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the MangaChain platform
• Using MangaChain services primarily for speculative or investment purposes
• Engaging in any activity that could damage, disrupt, or overburden our services
• Creating unauthorized derivative works based on MangaChain NFTs or associated content, and using them for commercial purposes
• Misrepresenting your affiliation with MangaChain or impersonating any person or entity
• Using MangaChain to distribute malware, conduct phishing attacks, or engage in other malicious activities
• Violating the rights of other users or third parties
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or MangaChain systems

4.4 Content Guidelines

When interacting with MangaChain community features, users must not create or share content that is:

• Defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Promotes discrimination or hate speech
• Violates the privacy rights of others
• Infringes on copyrights or other intellectual property rights
• Contains false or misleading information

4.5 Security Responsibilities

• Promptly reporting any suspected security breaches or unauthorized access

5.1 MangaChain Rights

MangaChain retains all rights, title, and interest in:

• The MangaChain platform, website, and associated technologies
• The MangaChain brand, logos, and trademarks
• The MangaChain story, characters, artwork, and associated creative elements
• The smart contracts and blockchain implementations related to MangaChain NFTs

5.2 NFT Owner Rights

Purchasers of MangaChain NFTs receive a limited license to:

• Display and use the owned NFT for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Transfer or sell the NFT on approved secondary marketplaces
• Participate in authorized MangaChain community activities and events related to the owned NFT

This license does not grant rights to:

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the MangaChain NFT or associated content for commercial purposes without explicit authorization
• Use MangaChain intellectual property for commercial purposes without explicit authorization
• Claim ownership of the underlying MangaChain intellectual property

6.1 Service Provision

MangaChain services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

6.2 NFT Risks

Users acknowledge that:

• The value and liquidity of NFTs can be highly volatile and unpredictable
• Blockchain technologies carry inherent risks, including potential loss of access or value
• MangaChain is not responsible for fluctuations in NFT value or cryptocurrency exchange rates

6.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MangaChain shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or crypto assets
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to user accounts or wallets
• Any issues arising from third-party services or platforms used in conjunction with MangaChain

6.4 Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold MangaChain harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the platform or violation of these terms.

6.5 Compliance with U.S. Securities Law

MangaChain NFTs are not considered securities under U.S. federal law. The NFTs available on our platform are for entertainment, creative, and community purposes only, and are not intended as investment vehicles. MangaChain does not guarantee any profits or returns from the purchase or sale of NFTs.

However, users are advised that the regulatory landscape surrounding NFTs may change. Users should consult with legal professionals and ensure they comply with applicable regulations, including but not limited to U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) guidelines, when engaging in secondary market activities or promotional efforts related to NFTs.

8.1 User-Initiated Termination

Users may cease using MangaChain services at any time, subject to any ongoing obligations related to owned NFTs or pending transactions.

8.2 MangaChain Initiated Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or terminate user access to MangaChain services for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Any other reason at our discretion, to protect the integrity of the platform and its users

In case of termination, users may lose access to certain features but will retain ownership of their NFTs on the blockchain.
